What do you think about North Korea becomes a nuclear state?

The annual report on security circumstance issued by the joint command under the Department of Defense stated that the North Korea is armed with nuclear arsenals.
Though it must be a mistake by the department, the mere fact of seeing North Korea treated as a justifiable nuclear state is horrible.

What will happen if North Korea really becomes a justifiable nuclear state?

First, the IAEA can not supervise N.K anymore. Thus, the international society can not regulate when N.K advances in the nuclear technology and try to develop weapons of mass destruction.

Most of all, N.K focused on developing a intercontinental ballistic missile. Because of this, U.S is in the reach of the North Korean nuclear missile range.

A country with dangerous ideology can become a threat when armed with nuclear missiles. We need to focus on the 6 party talk just like before to find solution for this mess.

First thing to be kept in mind that who does conclude that any of the countries is dangerous for the peace of the world. The United States did try to occupy the world with its New World Order making Bush as the second Solomon which failed but fearing the power of the country nobody discloses that The United States is the most dangerous country and the threat to the peace of the world. In recent years being ahead of the United Nations decisions the United States has been making accession with its forces to any country it liked to invade and has been doing indiscriminate bombardment and killings even in African countries. All the actions were made targetting Muslims all over the world. How will the United States mark a country possessing Nuclear assets to be threat to peace, is it bound to the peace of United States only or peace means just one not opposing United States.
