ingredients

meat 1/2 kg,
salt half sapoon,
kali mirch half sapoon,
lemon 2,
dahi 1/2 cup,
adhrak,lahsan paste 1 and 1/2 spoon,
oil 4 table spoon.

tarkeb

dahi main salt,kali mirch, adhrak,lahsan paste aur oil daal kar mix kar lain.phir yeh mixture meat main shamil kar dain.pressure cooker main yeh meat 10 say 15 min. tak pakaen.jab gal gae tou thora sa bhon kar pani khushak kar lain.lemon ka raas shamil kar dain.meat tayar hai.
